В воскресенье, 24 февраля, в конференц зале гостиницы «Золотая Долина», прошел мастер класс «Музыка и медитация».
Мастер класс состоял из живого исполнения индийской классической музыки — трех раг, Парамешвари, Мишра Кирвани (на гармонике), Яман (на сантуре), табла соло и небольшой лекции об инструментах, происхождении и строении индийской классической музыки.
Интересным опытом была сахаджа йога медитация и самореализация. Имея этот опыт, можно лучше почувствовать музыку и самого себя.
Мастер класс планировался, как интерактивный. В конце зрители попробовали поиграть на всех инструментах, задавали вопросы.
